These are some current pieces i have been working on. All of them center around holidays and things we associate with them. They are geared to make us question our traditions. For example the easter bunny and the holiday Easter; the easter bunny has nothing to do with the holiday or the meaning behind it, so where did it come from and why do we accept it. These were all created within the past couple of months.
This is great work! I have always wondered about the point of the Easter bunny, but I guess I just blindly followed tradition. GREAT BLOG!
